Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation
Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation (MCRF), a division of Marshfield Clinic, was founded in 1959. It is the largest private medical research institute in Wisconsin, with 30 Ph.D. and M.D. scientists and 180 other staff. MCRF provides support for approximately 200 physicians throughout the Marshfield Clinic system who are engaged in research.
MCRF consists of research centers in clinical research, human genetics, agricultural health and safety, epidemiology, and biomedical informatics. It also provides a range of support services for physician and scientist investigators, including biostatistics and bioinformatics, grant preparation, research publication and core laboratory support.
